Over 25 years insurance industry experience, including five years as a Primary Property/Casualty underwriter, six years as a broker with both Marsh and Aon and fourteen years as an Excess Casualty underwriter with Starr Excess and Arch. Prior to joining Arch in April 2002, he was the Bermuda branch manager for STARR Excess Liability Ins. Co. He served as the Excess Casualty Manager at Arch (Bermuda) from April 2002 until January 2008.

Career History
Manager of the Executive Assurance and Professional Liability department since joining Arch in April of 2002. For five years prior he was Vice President in the Professional lines department at ACE (Bermuda). During 1988-1997 he served as Senior Vice President in Marsh (Bda) Professional lines department and from 1978-1988 he held various positions in the U.K. at Phoenix Assurance (now Royal Sun Alliance) and Sedgwick.

Career History
Anthony Bonfa began his career at Arch Insurance (Bermuda) in 2002 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Excess Casualty in 2008. His responsibilities include managing an underwriting team focusing on high excess umbrella placements for Fortune 2000 insureds. Prior to that, he served five years with AIG Environmental most recently as a senior risk analyst. While there, he underwrote the full range of environmental insurance products for a variety of high risk customers and transactions including property transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bonfa's career began in the Excess and Surplus casualty underwriting departments at Zurich American Insurance Group and the Home Insurance Company in 1994.

Mr. Bonfa received a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Economics from Boston University and a JD from Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar.

Nearly twenty years of insurance industry experience, specializing in engineering and underwriting disciplines as relates to large accounts and technical lines. Has been part of the Arch Insurance (Bermuda) team since 2003 and is responsible for managing an underwriting team focused on large risk placements. Prior to joining Arch Insurance (Bermuda), Ken was an underwriting team leader at Starr Tech in New York. He began his career as a field engineer with HSB.
